In 2017, after a decade in Investment Banking and having closed over $40 billion in M&A deals, I hit a wall. I had made money, sure, but my days were consumed by endless work, constant travel, and not enough time with my family. From the outside, my life might have seemed glamorous, but it felt like the wrong way to live. What I craved was the freedom and the control of my own time – the kind you can't put a price on. It was time for a change.
In 2020, I made a life-changing decision. I left my corporate job to spend more time with my family – my wife and my daughter, with another child on the way. Since then, I've mentored hundreds of people, helping them create profitable Airbnbs, with most making $10K+ per month.
But that's not all. By using this strategy, I was able to turn that initial one Airbnb unit into the $7 million Airbnb real estate portfolio I have now. Today, I manage over 30 units.
In 2022, I generated over $2 million in revenue, working just five hours a week on my Airbnb business. It's proof that with the right strategies, you can achieve financial success and the freedom to enjoy life with loved ones.
