10.6Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of third parties to which we have disclosed personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

11Supplemental Notice for Virginia Residents (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, you have the following rights under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, in addition to the general consumer rights described in Section 9:

  • Right to opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

12Supplemental Notice for Residents of Other States

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Utah, or any other state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have additional rights under the laws of your state. We will respond to your requests in accordance with the requirements of the privacy law applicable in your state of residence. If you have questions about your rights under the law of your state, please contact us at [email protected].

12.1Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms

Several state privacy laws require us to honor universal opt-out mechanisms, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize and honor GPC signals received from your browser as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of personal information and for targeted advertising, to the extent required by Applicable Privacy Laws. You can learn more about GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.

13De-Identified and Aggregated Data

We may de-identify or aggregate personal information so that it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. De-identified and aggregated data is not personal information, and we may use and disclose such data for any lawful purpose. We maintain de-identified data in de-identified form, take reasonable measures to ensure that de-identified data cannot be associated with any individual, and contractually obligate any recipients of de-identified data to comply with these requirements.

14Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your use of the Site acknowledges this inherent risk.

In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by Applicable Privacy Laws.

15Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 (or under the age of 16 for purposes of selling or sharing personal information under the CCPA/CPRA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we can take steps to delete such information.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites or services before providing them with your personal information.

17Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that a user does not wish to be tracked. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. However, we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described in Section 12.1 of this Privacy Policy.

18Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We may also notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the Site.
